Instructed by Hussein Solicitors, Daniel Cohen’s represented a client who was acquitted by a jury of being concerned in the supply of class A drugs. The case concerned a “County lines” operation in Sussex. Three co-defendants had all pleaded guilty.

Daniel Cohen successfully appealed to the Court of Appeal against his client's sentence for assault by penetration. The sentence was found to be manifestly excessive and accordingly, was reduced by 18 months.
